Directions from Fort McMurray

Travel North from Fort McMurray on Highway 63 for 23 km.

On Highway 63, from the “Supertest Hill”, remain in the right lane and prepare to take the exit labeled “Suncor Oil Sands”.

At the exit, follow the road leading to the top of the overpass.

Turn left at the top of the overpass, going over Highway 63.

Turn left on AOSTRA Road. Travel 9 km West on AOSTRA Road until you reach the Y intersection.

Turn left at this intersection and follow the signage for Birch Mountain Lodge.

The Lodge is 1 km from the intersection on your left.
